At Dresmy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dresmy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
